Long Let Available **Power Station/M6 Workers**

I have available a 2 bedroom caravan on Ocean Edge Leisure Park (open all year round) for long or short term rental.
Included is water and electricity rates, gas is supplied but you will need to maintain this and ensure there is gas on your departure. Gas bottles cost approx £80 and will last a good 3 months (obviously depends on usage).
The caravan is double glazed and there is a gas fire in the lounge area. There are also hot air vents throughout.
There is a fully functional kitchen which is kitted out with everything you would need to prepare and eat meals.
There is a shower room with toilet and sink and access from main bedroom as well as communal area.
Sufficient parking is available at the caravan for 2 cars.
There is a small area with outside furniture to sit out in the warmer weather should you wish to do so. There are some breath taking views accross the Irish Sea which can be seen just a 10 second walk from the caravan itself.
There are on site facilities but these are very limited during low season. A complex pass to access these facilities can be arranged for long lets if required. For guests staying short term, these can bepurchased from reception on site or I can arrange to purchase these on your behalf if you so wish.
This site is ideal for power station workers or m6 roadlink workers due to its location.
The rent is £150 per week for one occupant, £200 for 2 occupants and £250 for 3 occupants (there is no third bedroom in this particular unit but there is a pull out sofa bed in the loung area and one of the bedrooms is 2 single beds so it really is whether you can handle living THAT close to someone! This must be paid weekly, for the week ahead.
The bond is £100 and is refundable upon departure providing a satisfactory inspection is carried out.
