This is a modern townhouse set in a private and gated area, 2 roads down from the main shopping district.

It is oposite the bus station and is a short walk away from sainsburys, a co-op, the railway, the castle and the town centre. We're a short bus trip to everywhere and the railway station is about 5mins walk away.

It's very quiet for it's central location as it is set back from the main road.

Tidy lodgers essential - all housework is shared and expected unless you want to shell out for a cleaner. Council tax split and not included in rent. Females slightly preferred simply due to wanting tidy people but that's not a deal breaker. Hoping for all rooms to go to professionals.
