The property is in Glasson dock boating village, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. In the village is a Cafe, burger bar, smoke house, village pub, a shop, post office and chip shop on a Thursday eve. Plenty of beautiful walks and cycle paths along the sea coast and canal.
