The house has been lovingly renovated and is fully furnished to a high standard. It's a great house for professionals or mature students who care about the style and quality of their surroundings and want to make it their home.

There is a high quality kitchen, utility room and shower room, providing a lovely clean, tidy and comfortable home.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room, a utility room and loo. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a shower room and storage cupboard. There are stairs into the loft where there is plenty of room to store cases and seldom-used items. The shed in the back yard has been renovated and has room for bike storage.

The kitchen has been designed for people who love to cook - a range cooker, large fridge/freezer, lots of storage space and a dishwasher.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier and a large sink for cleaning outdoor gear.

The house has been insulated and fitted with fantastic radiators, making it lovely and cosy in winter. There are Velux windows in the hall and bathroom, which give good light and a great sense of space.

The original sash windows have been renovated and open fully, giving plenty of fresh air in the summer.
The back yard has room for table and chairs and is a great sun-trap in the summer.

The house is designed for people who don't have furniture of their own as the bedrooms are small. The house is shared by a German female who is working on her PhD and an English male, working on sustainability; both at Lancanster Uni.

The room is at the front of the house, facing east, getting the morning sun.
The bed is a small double / large single, is good quality, with storage drawers in the base. There is a photo of the room showing the built in desk and wardrobe.

We are looking for a person who enjoys a quiet home life, doesn't smoke, is able to share a small space respectfully and take their share in maintaining the exceptionally clean and tidy standards of the house.

The rent includes the utility bills, television licence and Infinity Wifi. It doesn't include the Council Tax, which is £33 per person per month. The deposit is £400.

It takes 5 minutes to walk downhill to the centre of Lancaster and 5 minutes uphill to Williamson Park. If you have a car, there is always room to park on the street. The cycle way to both Universities is close by. Access to the canal is just a couple of minutes downhill, giving a flat footpath to the hospital and Lancaster University.
