To share with a musician/ teacher, her 2 lovely children (aged 11 and 15) and cat. We're looking for a woman who's quiet, clean and tidy, easy going, independent and likes children and pets. The house is a beautiful large refurbished Victorian mid-terrace in a fantastic location, 5 mins walk from city centre, 2 mins walk from University of Cumbria and on the main bus route to Lancaster University (30m walk, 20m by bike, 10m by bus)

The room is quiet, with a washbasin, desk and office chair, double bed, bedside table and lamp, big bookcase for storage, and looks out over trees, with views to Morecambe bay. There are two recently refurbished bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The kitchen/ dining room has a big cooker/ oven, washing machine, with a lovely dining table and log burner. There is a small garden to the front and a rear courtyard garden. The rent includes gas/ electricity, TV Licence, water, broadband and cleaning for communal spaces. We'd like someone who is polite, friendly and happy to just do their own thing and not need entertaining.
