I am looking for somebody to take over my room from August 2013 (or later) up to mid-January 2014. It is possible to rent for the whole 6 months or less than that.
It is quite a large room in a lovely and quiet house. 2 min away from the Bowerham Hotel bus stop (2, 2A, 4), 10min away by bus from Lancaster University. You will be sharing your bathroom with one other person (there is another bathroom for the other 2 tenants).
320£ per month (or 80£ per week) all bills included !
Depending on how long you might want to stay, I might or might not ask for a deposit!
