2 Rooms to let close to train station

Two house mates wanted to share accommodation.

We are a really sociable household looking for two friendly, outgoing and tidy housemates to rent two of our bedrooms at £365 a month. (larger room)and £295 for our smaller room. (rent is charged per calendar month, not per four weeks)

Our largest bedroom is a spacious double room fully furnished - sheets and duvets provided. Also includes desk & chair, wardrobe, book shelf and double bed with memory foam mattress.

The smaller room is a bit cozier but still comfortably holds a single bed (memory foam), wardrobe, desk & chair.

The rent covers all bills and use of all household amenities I/E: washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer. Although we also have many shared facilities like coffee machines and games consoles that every one is welcome to use.

Again broadband with unlimited downloads is included at no extra cost.

Working tenants are more than welcome although we ask council tax bills to be shared between non-student occupants.

We also have a cat 'Simba' who shares the downstairs area. He's really cool and chilled but anyone with allergies might want to take that into consideration.

The house is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre, alternatively there is a bus stop around the corner (straight through to Uni and town) and we're about 10 minutes away from the train station. We don't have a driveway but there's ample room for parking on the road just outside the house.
