Large single room to rent in lovely home

We have a large single room available to rent for 6 months from March 2024.
We are in a good position for Lancaster city centre, Lancaster University and other surrounding areas. There is a bus route at the end of the road.
On street parking available.
The room is furnished with a bed and large drawers. We can provide bedding if required.
The house has a lot of space and there is a large size kitchen for us to share.
Shared living room with open fire.
We are sociable but we do not want to party! :-)
We are also respectful of peoples privacy and need for space.
The rent includes bills.
