This house, fully furnished is really well located, south of the city (toward Lancaster University), close to bus stop, rail station and city center. Basically, you can do everything by foot. The house is comfortable and really nice, there are two bathrooms, four bedrooms (only one is available with a huge double bed!), a big kitchen and living room with TV, wifi.. And a nice terrace to enjoy during the summer. Everything is include in the rent and the owner really cares for his house that is why as soon as something goes wrong, he will fix it immediately. Four undergrad students leave there, 2 girls and one lovely couple.
This house is really enjoyable and beautiful.
