Two bedroom house for rent as a whole property for £585 per month. The house is rented as part furnished - see description of contents of rooms below. Would suit professionals, couples, PhD students or a small family. The house is available from 2nd September, minimum 6 month let with one month notice thereafter.

The house was redecorated before the current tenant (painting, skirting, bathroom etc) and had a new carpet fitted in the living room and stairs and landing. We also had a new thermostat installed with remote control and, a fan in the bathroom and new insulation in the loft.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about a 5minute walk from bus routes to Uni and a Spar shop and doctors surgery, about 10minutes walk to the hospital or Ripley School and about 15minutes walk to town.

The rent does not include bills. The house has a gas safety certificate and EPC which will be provided. The deposit will be put in a tenancy deposit scheme.

Bedroom 2 - This is a double room with a double bed and mirror-fronted double wardrobe. There is also a small book case and set of drawers.
