Small but sweet 2 bedroom terraced house available. This is not a 'student house' but a potential home for someone. I am looking for single occupancy or 2 people sharing. Mature/post graduate students/ professionals or small family only please. Please note that this is a house to let (rather than 2 separate rooms) and is to be rented as one unit (no subletting of rooms).

House has good sized lounge and small kitchen, good sized double and small double bedroom and large bathroom including bath and shower. The house has gas central heating and also a wood burning stove in the lounge. Bathroom and larger bedroom have wooden flooring. The garden is a good size and gets plenty of sun (being South facing). There is a covered passageway (shared with adjoining house) for storage of bikes etc.

Green areas 1 minute walk from the house, train station within 10 mins walk. On road parking outside house.
Closest ameneties - Spar shop, take away, 2 mins walk.
