Lovely Rooms in a Conveniently Located House

We have a single room & a double room available for a long or short-term let.

The rooms contain the usual furniture: a pine wardrobe with chest of drawers, bedside table, large mirror, and a desk. The double glazed windows provide plenty of light.

The house has a shared lounge/dining area and separate kitchen with a large 500mm cupboard each plus more shelving space in the under-stairs pantry.

The current occupants are all in full-time employment and we are looking for someone who will fit in with our life-style ie quiet at night because we're getting up early to go to work. We're quite laid back otherwise; happy if you'd prefer to keep yourself to yourself, equally happy if you're someone who would be keen to hang out with us in the evenings exercising or relaxing in the lounge in front of the TV.

There is rear access to the house through the back gate and double French doors. There is a large outhouse for storage of outdoor items such as bicycles. The back garden has loads of space to lounge in the sun and it also has a washing line for drying laundry and a gas BBQ.

Street parking is available outside, it's a quite street, there's loads of space to park, so no issues there.

The prime location of the house means it is just a short 10 minute downhill walk to the city center and local hospital. The house is immediately behind St. Martins University and there is also a bus stop close by (less than 1 min walk) for buses to Lancaster University. There's also an off road cycle path to the University. There is a local Chippy, Pub, Spar, Post Office, Newsagents, Florist, Chemist, Charity Shop, and Pott's Pies all conveniently just a stones throw away. The local supermarket Booths is simply a 2 minute drive away.
