Newly converted flat in heart of city

The apartment, located above Fired Earth in Sir Simons Arcade, just off Market Street, is one of two brand-new flats built this year. The rooms are spacious and well-finished, with double beds, large desks and wardrobes, bookshelves and a TV included. All rooms have characterful beams and skylights and are very airy. Wifi is included through-out.
There are two WC's to share, each with a sink, shower and toilet. The property also has a shared kitchen/living area with a large TV, which is a very social space and great for cooking in.
We are a tidy but friendly, social, group with a variety of interests. As we are all students there will be times where we must respect each others need for quiet study, but we are also very social and enjoy going out and hosting friends. We would love a house mate who would be happy to participate in life with us all!
There are two vegetarians living in the group, so vegetarians and vegans are welcome.
