We have a double room available in a spacious flat now. We are looking for someone easy going with a good sense of humour and who is clean and tidy.
The flat is on the top floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with over bath shower), shared living room, kitchen and a utility room.
We are located across the road from lancaster train station. There is a bus stop outside the front door and a taxi rank outside the station. We are also a 10 minute walk into the city centre and 15-20mins walk to royal lancaster infirmary. There is a bicycle lock up on the ground floor of the building too.
Price includes rent and council tax, broadband, tv license, water and electricity.
