Double room in cosy home - £225

I am a 45 year old professional man living in a cosy home on Willow Lane, Lancaster. I am looking a female professional or student to house share with - my preference due to my 13 year-old daughter staying over.

The large double bedroom (3. 6m x 3. 2m) is available for at least four months from 8th Feb 2015. It is £225 per month plus £225 deposit plus shared bills (£70 a month). It is currently furnished – but you could bring your own bedroom furniture if you prefer.

There is a communal lounge with 2 sofas, Sky TV, DVD, Wii, Hi-fi etc. There is a pleasant dining room which also has a desk to work from as it is also used as a study and where I regularly work from home. There is a kitchen with all the white goods – washer / dryer; tall fridge freezer; oven and hob. There is a nice bathroom with a bath, a separate shower and toilet. There is a patio at the front and back and a very large back shed to store bikes, suitcases etc.

I work as a health researcher and I am in the house some weekdays working. This is a quiet home with easy parking and good, friendly neighbours. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes into town. The address can be used as a pre-admission address for Lancaster University.

I am busy and active and into gym, salsa, music, gigs, clubbing, swimming, walking, cycling, cinema etc...
