Double Room to Let in Lancaster

We are currently searching for a housemate to share a large four bedroom property in Lancaster. The property is let through Student Housing Lancaster.

The house is on a quiet residential street just north of Lancaster City Centre. All of the local amenities (shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs, sports centres etc) are within easy walking distance. The University of Cumbria is a 20 minute walk away and Lancaster University is a 20 minute bus journey away. The nearest bus stop is just 2 minutes away. There is also residents' on-street parking available.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, WiFi and TV licence. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is also a small backyard. The bedroom is a large double which has been recently renovated. There would be plenty of privacy as all of the bedrooms are on separate floors.

We do not mind whether the new housemate is an undergraduate or postgraduate student; we are second year undergraduates studying at both Cumbria and Lancaster. We are friendly housemates who are also quiet and considerate of others.
