I have a nice double room to rent in a cosy 2 bed house in Lancaster. It is situated between the universities, 5 mins from the hospital and within walking distance from town.
There is a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a utility room to store outdoor sports gear and a small lawned garden and patio for bbqs! Free roadside parking available.
Ideally I would like somebody clean, tidy, considerate and reliable. Professionals or post-grad/mature student. Looking for somebody that wants somewhere that's a home and won't just used it as a crash pad/student digs.
Would consider a Monday to Friday let.
