Large Double Room for £200 per month
A PhD student (female) at Lancaster University and a veterinarian (male) (both EU Nationals) are looking for a friendly, quiet but sociable housemate with similar background to share a home. We prefer a non-smoking, clean and tidy professional/postgraduate student. The house is 5 mins walk to town centre and 2 mins walk to major bus stop (hope street, Lancaster). It is on a safe residential area with car parking available on the street. The house also has a backyard ideal for bbq, a place to park your bicycle, a basement to store your extra stuff. It is fully furnished and has gas central heating and electric shower. The rent is £200 per calendar month and house bills are approximately £60 per month including gas, electric, water, phone line rental and internet. If you are a postgraduate student you do not need to worry about the council tax. But if you are eligible for council tax then add an extra £30 more to the bills.
