The house will be occupied by 4 second year students at the University of Lancaster, all of whom I currently live with and know to be trustworthy and reliable people-3 males and 1 female. The room is available through no fault of the other occupants or the landlord, I was also intending to live there as it is a nice and reasonably priced property, however I have been offered an academic year abroad with the university. The kitchen was refitted in 2011, the house is close to takeaways, pubs and the lancaster university bus stop is within 100m, and the cycle path to the university is close by.
