I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a lovely spacious ground floor room in Lancaster, 5 minutes walk from the Millenium Bridge. Five minutes walk to bus stops for University buses. 10 minutes walk into town. 12 minutes walk to the station.
Sharing with four other students. House has a lounge, kitchen-diner, bath and shower rooms and one additional toilet. Permit parking is available.
Less than 10 minutes walk to Sainsburys. Very good price for a spacious and pleasant room.
I have left Lancaster due to the course not working out so the room is vacant and available immediately. Please contact me if interested.
