Single room, long-term and double room, short-term

I'm looking for a medium to long term lodger for the single room, which is available from 13th September. It would suit a postgraduate at Lancaster Uni or University of Cumbria.

The double is available from 2nd August to 14th September.

The University of Cumbria and the stop for the 2/2A bus to Lancaster University or Lancaster and Morecambe are both a short walk away.

Both rooms are a good size, furnished with bed, table, chair, wardrobe and drawer unit. The single room faces the back garden with mature trees.

The house has wifi, is centrally heated and double-glazed, and there’s a log-stove in the living-room.

The back garden has mature trees and backs onto a beck and allotments. There’s on-street parking and bicycle storage in the garage.

You will be sharing with the middle-aged, female owner and one other lodger in a quiet but friendly household.

You’ll clean your own room and clean up after yourself in shared areas. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and drying facilities. Bedding and towels can be provided.

The single room rent is to be paid monthly in advance. All bills are included (except TV licence if required.)

The double is only available short-term, weekly rent £90.
