The living space consists of a small hallway and one bedroom on the ground floor, leading to the upstairs which has an open plan kitchen and living area. The bathroom is also on this floor. On the top floor there are two bedrooms. Please contact me to arrange a viewing if you are interested. We currently have 2 rooms available. We have recently replaced all the flooring, including laminate for the common areas and new carpets in the bedrooms, landing and stairs. It's essential that the new tenant is clean and tidy and will help maintain the property.
