Close to bus stop & University cycle path. 10-15 minute walk to University. 10 minute drive to Junction 33 M6 avoiding all the traffic in town! 5 minute walk to supermarket & convenience stores.

Bills included: water, gas / electricity (within certain usage limits), fast internet, shared TV with Netflix, British Gas Homecare service (rapid repairs in the event of electrical, plumbing & heating faults), monitored alarm system.

Rooms are suitable for a couple (for a nominal extra charge).
