Quiet vegetarian-only house with large double room in Lancaster's canal quarter, quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic, 5 mins centre, Grand Theatre, bus station, river & Sainsbury's. Good wi-fi, central heating, new boiler, TV room, new shower, washing machine and large double fridge-freezer. House is old but in good order. Lots of plants!
I'm a translator working from home, vegetarian veering towards vegan, so I'd rather no meat or fish in the house. Other than that I'm very easy going, always enjoy a good conversation, and have had lots of happy lodgers over the years, both male and female.
