In the garden

I have a double and a single room in my home, both coming available early October.

They are both furnished.
You will be sharing with a female landlady and a young male lodger, both of whom are professional people. the house is a traditional stone built terraced, full of character, and is quiet.
There is a large shared bathroom with shower cubicle free standing bath and toilet. Downstairs, there is a sitting/dining room and shared kitchen. Outside there is a yard and south facing garden, and outside loo. Parking is to the front on the road.
Longrige is a thriving town, with local amenities.
It is only 8 miles from Preston, 4 miles from the M6 south junction 31a, and a similar distance to junction 32 at Broughton, which connects you to the M55 to Blackpool, or the M6 both North and South. Blackburn, Leyland and Chorley are all within a half hour drive.
The countryside around here is absolutely beautiful, and Longridge is known as the gateway to the Ribble Valley.
The house has wireless broadband and central heating.
I am looking for a mature person, possibly a professional, who is tidy, sociable, a non smoker, and who would respect the house and it's current occupants. A sense of humour always helps!
I have 2 small dogs which are very affectionate. My family call round, so this house is a home, and people who visit or live here are made welcome.
