A double room, convenient and comfy, in a quiet road close to bus routes and near the prom. There are wifi and TV points, a well-equipped cabin kitchen and large bathroom with bath and shower, and lounge. The usual kitchen equipment is there and a washing machine available to you.
There is space for car-parking at the front, and more free parking 50 yards away.
There are 2 cats, although they are meant to stay downstairs, they are curious! Its a no smoking house.
The bathroom, cabin kitchen and big lounge up-stairs are 'shared' but this is a roomy house so I can't imagine it ever feeling crowded! The bedrooms are large too with room for seating etc.
There's only one rule, which is to think of neighbours and housemates and be fairly quiet. If you love loud music, there are always headphones!
