Large furnished double room near shrimp roundabout
Hi all,
I currently have two rooms becoming available in my large 3 bedroom home. It has a large kitchen, living room garden and driveway.
I work away during the week and am mostly home during weekends which gives added privacy. I am looking for a trusty proffesional person to live in my house. This person must be responsable and respect the house and pay rent on time. That said it is a very laid back house and there is the occasional drinking on the weekends.
All bills and furnishings are included and it has all been recently furnished and decorated. i have a large HD TV on the wall in the living room, sky TV, Unlimited Broadband, Double beds and 4 x Car parking spaces.
