Large, furnished double room available in Morecambe. I'm looking for a considerate person to share the house for a minimum of 6 months. No wild party people please! Nice and quiet house due to working long hours and hoping to find someone like-minded. No housing benefit or DSS unfortunately.
The house is approx. 5 minutes drive from Heysham Power Station so very convenient for people working up there. The main bus route into Morecambe and Lancaster is just around the corner and is very handy for shops.
Large bathroom including shower, kitchen with all appliances, small yard to the rear with small shed which can be used for a bike if needed. All bills are included and rent is payable monthly in advance.
