Spacious double room in friendly house

House share available in large terraced house on quiet street. On-street parking is available.

Room available is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers on the first floor. Plenty more space for other things if needed.

Kitchen has washing machine, fridge, cooker. Seperate dining room with dining table. Comfortable living room with large TV and Sky/broadband.

Large bathroom with bath & shower.

Yard to rear with secure concrete shed for bikes etc.

There is a possibility that I may become a live-out landlady due to work commitments etc. So I'm looking to find a housemate(s) who are reliable and trustworthy. I have no problem if couples wish to view the room - rent can be adjusted accordingly to suit. The house is usually empty for long periods during the day so would be ideal also for any power station contractors who work nights.

I do have a cat & a dog, so pet lovers are a must also!
