I have available to rent immediately a furnished double bedroom complete with double bed, double wardrobe, drawers etc. To complement this bedroom I am including the spare reception room which can act as your own personal living room and/or storage space is also furnished (furniture not in image) with tv, Virgin tv and a working gas fire (see image).
About me - I am a 32 year old male, easy going, tidy and tolerant. I spend a reasonable amount of time away from the house due to work commitments so I need someone trustworthy. I have a young son who also spends some time in the home with me but he does not live with me.
The house is situated on a very quiet road in the Torrisholme area with a good sized garden to the rear. Newly fitted Kitchen which is very large. Spacious bathroom upstairs with an additional toilet on the ground floor. Extra storage space in the garage if required. House has all amenities expected I. e central heating, broadband, dishwasher etc.
All bills included.
