Lovely double room to rent in three storey cottage

I have a lovely double room available to rent in a two bedroomed, three storey cottage owned by myself, if you are looking for five nights or seven nights the room is available, there is no deposit required just a months or weeks rent up front, I am willing to negotiate rent, all the utility bills that are included are gas, electric council tax, tv licence and broadband, the house includes all amenities and available to use, such as lounge area, with tv and broadband, small newly fitted kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath, and a small cottage terrace garden.

I am looking for a professional person, who is clean, tidy and considerate, a non smoker is preferable, bedding can be supplied. (you will solely be living there most of the time so there will be access to all areas of the house).

I preferably want a professional person who commutes and needs four or five nights a week. But I am also happy for a full time house member.
