Student tenant required.

Hi, I am looking for a student tenant to share with us in a recently refurbished house in Ormskirk.

The house is located just out of the town centre but on a very regular bus service connecting to the bus station (then onward free bus to Edge Hill for students if required). It has four bedrooms; the available room is a single bedroom on the first floor. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
We have a nice lounge with two leather sofas etc. and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and other kitchen appliances. Three of the bedrooms, including the available one, share a shower room with a large corner shower, toilet and basin.

There is parking for a car if needed and ample garage space for bikes etc. We also have a nice garden complete with summer house and garden furniture.
The house was fully refurbished in summer 2013.

Each tenant is responsible for a 1/4 share of the utility bills – electric, gas, water, t. v. etc (aka running of the house). Broadband is included in the rent.

We are three friendly students; 2 female, 22 and 20, and 1 male age 20 (by the start of the next academic year). Two of us will be starting our final year and one their 2nd year in September 14.
