1 single room available in a 4 bed recently refurbished house in Ormskirk.
The house is located just out the town centre, on a regular bus service connecting to bus and train stations (then onward free bus to Edge Hill for students if required); the available bedroom is on the first floor, it is furnished with a single bed, desk and office chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It over looks the garden and benefits from WIFI broadband.

Communally the house has a nice lounge with two leather sofas etc. and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and other kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms, including the available one, share a newly fitted shower room with a large corner shower, toilet and basin.

There is off road parking and ample garage space for bikes etc. Together with a garden complete with summer house and garden furniture.
The house was fully refurbished in summer 2013.
Utility bills – electric, gas, water, T. V. and broadband are included in the weekly rent.

There are currently 3 student tenants; 2 female, age 21 and 20, and 1 male age 20; the 4th tenant has unexpectedly had to leave – hence the available room.
