Fully furnished double room to rent within a 3 bed semi-detached house in Ormskirk. Only 10 minutes walk away from all amenities, including; train station, supermarkets, gym, bars and only a 20 minute walk to Edge Hill & hospital. I live alone in the house & work 40 hours plus a week. I'm looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to rent one of the 3 bedrooms. When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym & doing a variety of other activities to keep fit, including indoor climbing & gymnastics. All of these things mean I am rarely home. The house is a good sized semi detached, with a large rear garden & room for 3 cars to park on a driveway at the front. Internet access is available, along with Sky TV.
