Bills are not included but only amount to about £40-£45 a month each. The property is situated on Chapel Street with a private driveway and garden to the rear. Very short walk to Edge Hill Uni and town centre. Property is modern styled and includes Sky TV and internet, washing machine, built in fridge/freezer, ironing board/iron, TV in living room and central heating.
Summer retainer is not needed. Deposit is 4x weekly rent and is repayable upon moving out. Rent is payable every term at 16x weekly rent.
Please NOTE that there is nothing wrong with the property, the two rooms are available as both flatmates are third year students with a very limited timetable and placements being taken at home. The landlord is also registered with EHU accommodation.
