Double room Lane Ends Ashton

I have one double room available to rent. The room is available Mon - Fri (or 5 nights) only. Must be a professional person, tidy and like dogs!! I have stated no pets on my ad but if you have small caged animals that will live in your room that is fine.
The property is in a good location in the Lane Ends area of Ashton, there are lots of shops close by, parks, canal and easy to get to town with frequent bus service. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with a bed and drawers/ There is broadband at the property which is included in the price and a washing machine available for use. The monthly rent includes all bills apart from the phone. I would like a professional person, someone friendly and that is used to living with other people.
There is a parking space in front of the property and a garden to the rear that backs onto the canal.
