Furnished double room 10 min walk from city centre

£325 pcm for double room close to city centre (buses every 5 to 10 minutes) and on the main bus route to Preston RPH/UCLAN. Rent payable 1 month in advance and £150 payable as deposit.

House is fully furnished and broadband use is included in the price. Freeview TV, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, George Foreman Grill, Gaming Consoles (just dont overwrite my save files!).

The 3 existing housemates are me (33) working professional male, although 'professional' may be pushing it a bit, a 27 yr old professional male and a 23 yr old professional female.

Small pets are ok as long as they are looked after well and are house trained. Smokers are welcome but only if they limit their smoking activities to outside the house. Room is fully furnished. Spare bedding/towels are available if necessary and house has plenty of crockery, cutlery etc.

Finally - Me. I am quite relaxed and love to chill out as much as I love to rock out (quietly - I do not play music loud in the house). If you buy takeaway I will steal your chips when you're not looking. Other than that I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with as are the tenants. I also will have my 5 and 7 yr old boys to stay on Saturday/Sunday morning every other weekend, although we spend most of the time out of the house at relatives so this shouldn't be much of an issue.
