My eldest daughter works abroad, and may stay occasionally.
I have an ensuite room, so main bathroom would mainly be used by tennant. There are two sitting rooms, both with large TV's and satellite, so plenty of personal space.
Kitchen is large with all mod cons. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.
This is an easy going, respectful, friendly and relaxed home. Although a glass of wine at the end of a busy week is the norm.
