SPAREROOM AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2014

Hi! We are Glyn & Lesley, from 8th November 2014 we will have a Spare room available to rent.

We live in a stunning 5 bedroom detached house, within the Ribble Valley. In the small Village of Read, which has easy access to the M65, M66, & M6, giving great access to many large towns, Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington and Manchester.

The room is double in size with a single bed, there are wardrobes, & set of drawers. The bathroom will be shared with another tenant only. You will have access to Broadband. The house has recently been newly refurbished. You will have full access to a state of the art kitchen, lounge and sitting room. We have a nice garden with which to relax when weather permits. All our neighbours are friendly. There is parking on the drive. If you enjoy walking we are a stones throw from the countryside. The nearest small town is Padiham, which has a fab Leisure Centre with a full size swimming pool.

Who ever views will not be disappointed.

Glyn & Lesley are very much young at heart, we both work, I Lesley am a bus driver & Glyn is a works manager. We have 2 dogs a Springer Spaniel & West Highland Terrier.
