I have a decent size house with 3 bedrooms bathroom ,downstairs loo. Lounge, dining room, conservatory, morning room. Too big to rattle around in by myself ! Nice garden and off road parking. With all the mod cons. I am on a major bus route to Ormskirk and Wigan. Just mintues from the M58 . Three miles from Ormskirk Hospital and Edge Hill university.
The room is sunny and bright , Linen provided if needed
I am very easy going and trustworthy. I am looking for a nice clean tidy individual who respects other people as well as their property.
