I'm looking for someone to share with me, who doesn't shut the door 36 times a day, or shout over at teli and who doesn't leave the dishes in the sink for 5 days until it becomes a farm of unidentified creatures. Preferably a girl.

The bedroom size is 2. 5 meters by 3. 6 meters, it is unfurnished but I can provide you with a bed or anything you need if you do. Otherwise I'll let you choose what you want to do in there. The rest of the house is Furnished almost completely, it's still new as it's been refurbished 7 months ago from scratch. The neighbors to the left are never home and the neighbor to the right has past away and the place is vacant and quiet. There is a PC desk that you can use, all kitchen appliance, big water/ice dispenser fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, wash machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner. There is a HD 3D Smart TV connected to SKY the best package you can get and you better be ready with a glass because we will be drinking wine and watch movies together sometimes. I have a 60MB/s Broadband from Virgin Media perfect for online games or just watching YouTube in HD with no interruptions . All bills included in the price.
