Lidl superstore is next door, takeaways and laundry are only few minutes walk. Local amenities such as high street banks and retailers, pubs, cafes and leisure centres (gym, swimming pool) are also within walking distance.
The property is situated in good location for commuters as bus stop (local and regional) is next door, Wigan central railway- and bus stations are only 8-10 minutes walking distance. There are direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool and both takes approximately 40 minutes. Drivers also welcome, off road parking is available. Wigan is only few miles from the M6, M61 motorways and 10 miles from the M62.
