This is a 3 storey Victorian house with large double+ rooms and high ceilings.
Each floor has 2 rentable double rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen. Recently refurbished. Bathroom and kitchen are shared between tenants on the same floor. One tenant per room. Occasional guests allowed.

Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Ground floor room is available starting 11th April 2016. Top floor is occupied until July 2016 +. Middle floor is occupied until October 2016 +. Electricity meter separate on each floor. Costs split by arrangement ( eg if you are away at week-ends - proportionally). Council tax and water rates are included in your room rate. Deposit depends on furnished or unfurnished, but do require 4 weeks in advance payment for rent or if shorter stay - to cover the duration of your stay.
