I am pleased to offer a bedrooms in a large terraced house, all bills include all bills with wifi throughout the house. There is no admin fees just a small deposit to secure the condition of the room. The household is very laid back and very accomadating of others. Unfortunatly we are unable to accept housing benefits and only accept people in employment.
The house has 2 toilets and one bathroom with shower and a corner bath. There is a large kitchen with double cooker and washer dryer for the use of the tenants. There is a comunal lounge with sofas to relax and socialise in.
