Sociable house share 20 mins walk from city centre

Ello ello ello

I'm moving into my own place from mid July and will be letting out a couple extra rooms to people who are interested in living in a friendly and sociable house. That doesn't mean partying through the night because I gots me a job and all that jazz.

It means that if your hobbies are locking yourself in your room to play on computers or to watch TV, this isn't the place for you. If you're chilled, are happy to share in the odd house meal, pub visit, night out and the rest of it, then give us a shout. Let's see if we get on and then figure out from there. I'll post some photos up in July. The cheaper room is double, but smaller.

The house is nice and spacious with two bathrooms, two reception rooms and a spacious enough kitchen. It has wooden floors, pretentious artwork and the like; including an atypically pretentious vinyl record player. I am not as fashionable as my house makes out. I'm a teacher in a Leicester secondary school and keep myself busy with live music, time spent drinking coffee, play sport a couple times a week and generally get involved with most things happening in Leicester's cultural scene.
