I am looking to rent out a double room. I live in a 3 bedroom house (the third bedroom is used as a study), smoke and pet free located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac.
There is off road parking and the house is located 5 minutes from junction 21 of the M1 and a short bus ride into the centre of Leicester.
I am a 31 year old male and my current tenant is moving to Australia. I am in to all the usual things, football socialising, gym ect.
I would consider someone who wanted the room full time but would prefer Monday to Friday (at a reduced price). All bills included.
