The house can be found in Bardon on Harker Drive, just off Waterworks Road with a local convenience shop and Co-Op Express within 5 mins walk. The house is located close to the A50 a 3 min drive from Coalville, 10 mins to Ashby and 15 mins to Loughborough.
Leicester is also 25 min by car and 45 mins by bus.
We are looking for friendly, independent, relatively outgoing person to share our house.
None smoker preferred, however, there is a garden available.
The rent covers the use of a good sized double bedroom with bed, double wardrobes and drawers as well as including the gas, electric, water, council tax and superfast broadband connection.
Looking for one month's rent up front and a month's rent deposit.
