Near to train station, Large house and garden

Looking for a person that wants a quiet life, and enjoys being in a large village.
We are near to the train station, and also on a bus route to Loughborough and Leicester.

The room is a good size comfortable single room with a dressing area, fitted drawers, shelves, wardrobes, a work area and lots of storage.

The ensuite is a good size with bath/ shower, vanity unit/storage, w. c. and wash basin.

we will also have a large room available we will take 7 days a week that has own bath room use.

There is a seperate commual lounge with open fire. Also central heating throughout. Good size garden. Bike storage.

Localy there is a supermarket, other shops, take away food choices, good pubs and good river walks.

We do a min of 2mths stay so you are not stuck with 6mths
we do not take in heavy drinkers or smokers
