Hi, I have a double furnished room for rent. It has been newly decorated and is clean and comfortable. My house is a modernised terraced in a quiet street with a lovely garden to sit in, weather permitting.
Although I have said that my house is in the Belgrave area it is actually in the Abbey Ward and is near to the Space Centre, Abbey Park and Watermead. It is a 10 minute bus ride into the City or about a 25 minute walk. There is a regular bus service so there is no shortage of transport.
I work part time so I am looking for someone whose lifestyle is compatable with mine. I am easy to get along with, sociable and respect others need for privacy.
