Furnished room to rent - £300pm

Hey, my name's George and I'm a 21 year old professional who's currently looking to rent out the single room in my apartment.
I'm an extremely fun and easygoing person who is currently working in pharmacy (will be at work Monday - Friday from 8: 00 - 19: 00 so you won't actually see me much during the week) ..

Some info about the place ..

This brand new open-plan, top-floor apartment has been done up to a decent spec and features a large balcony. It's also ideally located (just a 25 minute walk from city center) with plenty of bus routes situated around the area .. Despite it's close proximity to the city it's surprisingly an extremely quiet neighbourhood.
Construction of this Bellway development (mainly consisting of houses and two apartment blocks) only just finished in October - with the apartment having been finished in July, so naturally this is a brand new, up and coming area!

Anyways more about me ..

I really enjoy going out for food, to the cinema, down to the pub, hanging out with friends, exercising, playing guitar, or occasionally staying in with a movie and playing video games ..
